It was recently discovered that The Cabin in the Woods maze would be leaving the Fright Nights lineup. Opening in 2013, The Cabin in the Woods was the first maze to be built at Thorpe Park that had a multi route layout. We are currently unsure if this is related to Slammer in aid of clearing the area for a new attraction. However, we are certain that something will be replacing it. Thorpe Park did not release this publicly but via a chat on Facebook. It has been confirmed that Saw: Alive, The Big Top, Platform 15 and Containment will be returning for 2017. It is very unlikely that Blair Witch will return due to the position of the Timber Tug Boat as this takes up the old platform which was where the maze began. What maze do you think will replace Cabin in the Woods and Blair Witch, where do you think they'll be located?
